My name is Walter Eisner, I am from austria. I want to help personell, not with money but with my manpower.

I would come to your region for one or two weeks to help. I can work with my hands, to clear the deatruction, speak with the people to give them mentionel support or whatever.

I would come with my own car, maybe bringing a couple (max 4) other people.

Please let me know, where I have to go that I am able to support you with my manpower. And also what I can bring with me helpful stuff.
